Alice Jones

Assistant Psychologist

Alice graduated from Plymouth University in 2022 with a 2:1 degree in Psychology. Following this, Alice worked as a Crisis Text Support Worker for the mental health charity Shout, where she provided immediate support to individuals in distress and helped them navigate periods of acute crisis. This role strengthened Alice's ability to communicate with empathy under pressure and enhanced her understanding of mental health challenges in real-world contexts.

Building on this experience, Alice joined Priory Healthcare at Llanarth Court Hospital, a forensic psychiatric facility, as a Senior Therapy Assistant. In this role, Alice worked with adults experiencing severe and complex mental health conditions, many of whom had index offences. Alice supported the multidisciplinary team in delivering therapeutic interventions, facilitated group therapy sessions, and contributed to patients’ rehabilitation and recovery plans.
